Liz's Bread Sharing

We cheated and mixed it this morning instead of tonight. 'Batter' type breads make me a bit nervous as to having bread dough meet me at the door so to speak. :o)

Well, we have some 76% humidity today, so it took was more flour...plus side is I ended up rising and dividing up 4 loaves. And it's delicious.

We'll be playing with the dough and seeing what else we come up with. So...give it a try and let me know what you think...or what changes you make to it :o)
