Yeah, I know. I'm going to have to turn off my emails for a while with the whiplash I'll hear on sharing these YouTube clips.
I'm not your diet guru. I'm not your mother. Eat what you choose, but for crying out loud, at least make it an INFORMED decision!
Packaged foods are killing us, generation upon generation, and we all know it on some level, we just don't actual believe that this kind of *conspiracy* is really going on. I mean, come on....this is Nazi Germany; Hitler isn't in charge. This is the USA. We're a "top nation" (yeah, just using a metaphor there...we aren't really much of a top anything anymore, but flow with the point, ok?). We're Americans....we don't go around force-medicating and such. We're a free, industrialized nation just keeping up with the times.
And yet we are eating ourselves into sickness and killing off our planets life force, one new GMO and DNA-twisted food chain link at a time.
But, like I said...I'm not your all-knowing nutritionist here. I don't always make terrific food choices, and it's going to come back three-fold on me one day. But when you believe something to be true, you have to at least say something to someone, anyone who might listen, at least once. If you sit back on what your believe to be wrong and say/do nothing, you are totally deserving of your fate.
Watch them. They aren't long.

I don't know if you read Above Rubies but I just posted about GMO's on my facebook page. This is a topic that we are passionate about here. It's also a big reason why we produce so much of our own food here on the homestead. The book Seeds of Deception is a must read!!!
