Excellent, Encouraging Reading: The Stay-at-Home Missionary

Need encouragement as a Mom? Need encouragement just BEING? The Stay-at-Home Missionary has a great blog worth reading. She has a series running on Practical Vision for Young Moms that is absolutely great reading.

I'm actually printing it off for the children's 'hope chest' books -- boys as well. Not only do the young Moms need this sort of encouragement and reminder, but those young Dads as well. Parents are supposed to be raising children TOGETHER. Those Dads need to share in that "practical vision" just as equally as the Moms do!

Bookmark it, take notes, save the archives for reading and reading again...often. Most of us know these things already, but the world around us goes to great lengths to keep us from focusing on those needful things. We are all to often swept up in the things around us that are actually frivolous, and we ignore the true needed activities of the day that producethe good fruit. We start way to many seedlings and then forget they need transplanted, hardened off and put outside in well prepared soil.
