Ok, now this is delicious, but really technical :o)
And I don't really use a "recipe". That's my mother's fault. She isn't much on actual recipes either.
I used about half a really large bag of frozen mixed veggies...cooked/steamed. Broccoli is good...we prefer the California blend. I've done this with the 'soup' or 'stew' veggie blend, too.
There's a turkey ham diced up in there. One of those small ones, around 2 pounds maybe.
There's a good half a large box of Velveeta, about 1 pound, cut up in cubes to match the turkey ham.
And a *bunch* of potatoes, sliced about 1/4 in thick and boiled about 10 minutes.
Line a large lasagna pan with those cooked, sliced potatoes, layer the steamed veggies next, then the mixture of ham and Velveeta cubes.
Top the whole thing with a batch of cream of chicken soup and sprinkle with a bit of shredded cheese, or in our case, parmesean. Bake at 350 for about 30 mins or so.
We don't buy cream of... soups, but I'd say this might be about 3 cans ?? We used a lot of veggies and taters, and it's in my large lasagna pan. Just mix you cream soup and pour over until it 'looks' right :o)
We have some french bread we need to eat up else I'll be making croutons tomorrow. Not a abd thing, we just like bread as bread around here :o)

oh yummy. It is my type of recipe. One with whatever you have on hand. :) Good way to get some of the leftover veggies used up in your fridge. Thanks for posting.
That looks scrumptious!
