John Smith started the day early having set his alarm clock
(MADE IN JAPAN ) - for 6 am.
While his coffeepot -(MADE IN CHINA)
was perking, he shaved with his electric razor -(MADE IN HONG KONG)
He put on a dress shirt -(MADE IN SRI LANKA),
designer jeans -(MADE IN SINGAPORE)
and tennis shoes -(MADE IN KOREA)
After cooking his breakfast in his new electric skillet -(MADE IN INDIA)
he sat down with his calculator - (MADE IN MEXICO)
to see how much he could spend today. After setting his watch - (MADE IN TAIWAN )
to the radio - (MADE IN INDIA )
he got in his car - (MADE IN GERMANY )
filled it with GAS - (from Saudi Arabia )
and continued his search for a good paying AMERICAN JOB.
At the end of yet another discouraging
and fruitless day checking his Computer - (made in MALAYSIA ),
John decided to relax for a while.
He put on his sandals - (MADE IN BRAZIL),
poured himself a glass of wine - (MADE IN FRANCE)
and turned on his TV - (MADE IN INDONESIA),
and then wondered why he can't find a good paying job
in AMERICA
AND NOW HE'S HOPING HE CAN GET HELP FROM A PRESIDENT
MADE IN KENYA.
Are we kidding ourselves?

Love this! :)
LOL! I love it! I am laughing at the last part..which is just so true that I can't help but laugh, but to be serious...it is just a shame that we can't make our own goods in this country. It is a shame that people are so greedy that they will send factories to other countries to get more work for less pay. It is just a shame...and it makes me angry! We are going to use the store(any of them) as LITTLE as possible this upcoming year, and we are going to buy local as often as we can....like coffee and salt may be from other states! lol! ;D
There is one thing that I can think of that are made in America, illegitimate babies that will be raised by parents that live on welfare.
Amen sister!
My husband's employer bought American Flag key chains one year to give out. One guy flipped it over and saw "Made in China". WHAT?! They all took them to the CEO of the company and put them on his desk. Couldn't believe it!
We still make food; that was left out.
