I'm sure most of you who take the time to watch this (and it's a long one, but well well worth it) will dismiss the majority of it as hype and nonsense. That's your privilege. Anyone who know me, or has visited more than a handful of times, already knows where I stand and what I believe. There is wisdom in being prepared for days to come, whether you believe it only for the next hurricane, the next snow storm, the potential (probably pending) job cut. Any preps are good preps, but the more indepth, the better off you'll be. And if those in the family don't believe you and think you a bit off your nut, well, so be it :o)
Think of it this way....in the very least, you will have some food, some water and maybe a stash of tp, and that will free up money you would have spent on other things and thus stretch your dollars a bit.
And if the 'minority' is actually closer to right than you think, well, we'll have seeds to plant, plenty of food and sundries, and we'll simply outlast a bit longer. Nothing lost on either side, right? You won't be feeding my family when we hit the bottom....and chances are I won't be feeding yours either.

Jeremiah 6:16
Thus saith the LORD, Stand ye in the ways, and see, and ask for the old paths, where is the good way, and walk therein, and ye shall find rest for your souls.
