I called the mayor instead. Left my message and complaint and he called me back himself.
And I have a culvert in place. And loads of sand clay and gravel. A few more and I'll have a road.

So glad they finally listened to you. It's absolutely ridiculous that you had to call the mayor before they would do anything. God forbid you guys would have had some kind of an emergency and needed to get out quick, would they have been willing to come airlift you guys to the hospital...um, I doubt it. Praying for you guys!
