She's been looking at quiche recipes lately. Over at my Kitchen Blog I just shared a great find -- the Mr. Breakfast site.
Well, aside from a HUGE Super Index of recipes there, Mr. Breakfast has a great category of Quiche recipes. Everything from basic Ham and Cheese, to a really yummy sounding Meat Lovers Quiche, and a delicious Asparagus Quiche.
There are crustless quiches, fritattas and more. And the difference between a Fritatta and a Quiche?
Quiche can have a crust or be made crustless, and is a custard with eggs along with milk or cream.
Fritattas are usually just eggs, and are crustless.
