I've had this in my files for a long time and I can't remember where I got it, but it's such a good listing, I decided to post it. If anyone knows where it came from, please let me know so I can give proper credit! Thanks a bunch!

Do you have Biblical order in your home?
Susan, at Homestead Momma, shared this and I definitely want to keep it handy. We have so little order these days, especially Biblical order. Our home is most definitely not some exception. We fail almost daily in our steps to walk as a home founded on Bible principles from The Lord. It's a work in progress as is every other step we make in our lives. The Lord can redeem alot of lost time and alot of miss-taken steps, but only when you recognize you have taken the wrong way. I don't always recognize my ill-chosen paths, but I trust He is faithful, and ever vigilant, and will bring me back on track if I pay attention and listen.

We believe in biblical headship. I don't wear a covering anymore, but we still believe in the headship order. It can be difficult at times to understand what exactly we as women should do. I'm doing a study over at my "place." Two lessons a week. We just got started.
Deanna, forgive me, but I needed a place to jump in. You frequently speak of modest dress and sewing for your girls. Do you have any good patterns to recommend for cape dresses and other modest apparel? Do you have any favorites for yourself? I've just given up finding anything in the stores. I've had all of the capri pants on Sunday night I can stand (not me, but others.) It's time to go the other way just to say Christians should not look like the world. Thanks for any help you can give.
My Name is Stephanie -- I'll be heading over to check out the blog and the study, thanks for sharing it.
I totally agree, it's difficult to walk as a Godly woman in the world we live in now. Struggles daily, at least in my life, I know.
At this point, I cannot imagine The Lord moving me away from coverings and dresses only and such, but way back there a dozen or so years ago, I surely didn't imagine in my wildest dreams Him moving me to cover at all. I was not raised under any teachings regarding covering at all, not a word. Amish ladies, nuns and some foreign countries...that was my knowledge of headship veiling.
And I fought the Word to wear it for a while, but I've been doing it now for a good 13 years and I can't imagine being called away from it now. Not saying it won't happen though -- maybe I'm on a path to learn something and have just been too stubborn to listen yet.
I have known many ladies to cover for years, then start a new path and come to some realization that it was all legalistic in their hearts. I don't see any of that on your site at all. What little I've browsed through so far shows a woman who has done alot of study and alot of listening and praying. I truly appreciate that and can't wait to read your studies and thoughts.
LizBeth -- I will post on our dress and such soon! Email me privately when you have a chance!
Deanna
